Jacqueline Chapkowski, APN-C

Jacqueline Chapkowski, MSN, AGPCNP-C is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her BSN from Seton Hall University and her MSN from William Paterson University. Jacqueline has been a dedicated member of the practice’s care team for years as a nurse and is now excited to serve patients in her new role as a provider. Specializing in allergy, asthma, and immunology, she is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to take charge of their health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, and their beloved animals.
